   Award winning local chef Nick Rudge runs this snug restaurant within Conwy’s ancient walls, designing seasonal tasting menus for you to enjoy the best of local and Welsh produce.

2. Conwy Mussels - Conwy, LL32 8BB
   In the heart of the local fishing community, this iconic Quayside fish shop is run by the Jones family who have been harvesting and selling mussels in Conwy for decades.

3. Paysanne - Deganwy, LL31 9EJ
   Classic French cuisine served by the charming Cai Ross, author of the wonderful cookbook “North Wales: Fish & Seafood”. Local seafood served as specials throughout the year.

4. The Next Door Restaurant - Llandudno, LL30 2DP
   An informal fine dining restaurant, part of the culinary fabric of Conwy serving up a host of local produce, including seafood.

5. Gwinllan Conwy Vinyard – Llandudno Junction, LL31 9JF
   Award winning artisan vineyard, who host occasional pairing events using locally caught seafood, and whose wine you can find in several of the restaurants along the Seafood Trail in North Wales – keep an eye out!

6. Bryn Williams Porth Eirias – Colwyn Bay, LL29 8HH
   Modern seaside bistro run by acclaimed Welsh chef, Bryn Williams, serving up beautiful seafood with other local produce in casual atmosphere.
