The People

Home > The People

The Seafood Trail is shaped by the people who bring seafood from port to plate. From the fishermen who spend long hours at sea, come rain or shine, to the fishmongers and wholesalers who move the catch through the supply chain, and the chefs and food vendors who prepare and serve it with care, each plays a vital role. Together, their skill, dedication and stories form the living culture behind North Wales’ coastal seafood traditions.

Let us introduce you - these are the people who make Seafood Trail Cymru.
