Welcome to the Gwynedd Seafood Trail!

Nestled where the mountains meet the sea, Gwynedd is famed for its incredible natural beauty and stunning coastline. Throughout this county you can find great places that serve top tier North-Wales-caught seafood across the seasons.

Gwynedd has a rich history of fishing and shellfish aquaculture, that we are proud to share with you. Be immersed in the natural beauty and vibrant culture along the coastline, stopping along the way to feast on the high-quality local seafood.

Availability of local seafood is dependent on weather, sea temperature and seasonal abundance. Vendors on the seafood trail may not always have it on the menu but strive to serve it when they can.

Let us introduce to you some of the people and the places that shape the seafood community, using routes and trails to take you on a journey.
